Director of TPA and Subrogation 

Susan graduated in 1989 with a B.A. in business management from Stockton State College. During her 25+ years in claims and the insurance industry, she has acquired multi-state, multi-line experience in the administration of property and casualty claims. Her experience is in all areas of litigation management and includes personal lines, general liability, product liability, workers' compensation, auto, and professional liability.

Prior to joining EAS, Susan worked on both the insurance carrier, TPA, and broker sides of the industry. She has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout her career, handling and supervising both commercial automobile and general liability claims and accounts. Most recently, Susan was with a large national insurer/TPA for 13 years, where she held various roles as a claims supervisor, claims manager, and director of casualty claims.

She possesses adjuster licensing in New York. She currently serves as a national chair for CLM, the largest claims organization with over 50,000 members, where she is responsible for the oversight of multiple regions and local chapters. Her role is to assist claims professionals in the expansion of their knowledge and advancement of their careers through continuing education programs, industry resources, and designations. Susan was also a board member for ClaimsXchange for several years and works with others in the industry who share a passion for advancing the claims industry.
