About EAS
Built on Integrity. Driven by Excellence.
Joe and Dan Henson,
brothers, Co-Founders, and leaders dedicated to showing up for their team and building strong broker and client relationships.
At EAS, we don’t just handle claims. We change the way claims handling feels.
Entrusted Administrators & Subrogation (EAS) was founded on the belief that the TPA Industry could do better for clients, claimants, and the industry as a whole. It is about people, businesses, and communities. Our philosophy is rooted in partnership: taking the time to understand each client’s unique goals, challenges, and opportunities so we can serve not just as administrators, but as true allies in their success.
We thrive on untangling complex problems, bringing clarity and resolution with expertise and care. But we don’t stop there. We believe in looking beyond the claim itself—seeking ways to make our clients safer, more efficient, and more resilient. By stepping into the role of thought leaders and educators, we aim to help prevent losses before they happen and drive meaningful change in the industries we serve.
EAS is more than a third-party administrator. We are a boutique partner dedicated to delivering white-glove service and tailored solutions for every client we serve. Because when you succeed, so do we.
Mission Statement
At Entrusted Administrators & Subrogation (EAS), we provide world-class Third-Party Administrator and Subrogation services that are personalized for our client’s needs.
